Living Room Shakespeare believes that Shakespeare is for everyone and everywhere! Our mission is to bring innovative and vibrant productions of classical plays to fresh audiences in unexpected venues. Our shows appeal to complete Shakespeare newbies and die-hard fans alike.
By leaning into the limitations of our venues, we create productions that are concept-driven, resourceful and unique. We aim to create accessible and engaging productions you could not imagine anywhere else. We perform in living rooms, backyards, bookshops, and anywhere that will host us! A Midsummer Night's Dream
In the aftermath of the LA fires, LRS hosted a staged reading of A Midsummer Night’s Dream to raise money for local mutual aid organizations. This light hearted performance brought the community together in celebration for a good cause.
